OUR APPROACH

“Ensuring Personal Safety” means that each of us is responsible for promoting a safe and healthy workplace for ourselves and for others potentially affected by our activities. It also means that the leadership team must minimize risks and ensure that their projects and employees comply to our health and safety requirements.

Our Global Health And Safety Policy, our Health And Safety Management expectations and our 2020-2022 Roadmap provide the framework for our management approach to Health And Safety, supporting our Zero Harm Vision.

Our Zero Harm Vision is a commitment shared by all projects and all employees to consider and effectively reduce the risks of our activities by seeking innovative solutions that allow us to return home safely at the end of each day. PumpnMech’s Ethics and Compliance Program, which includes our Anti-Corruption And Privacy Policies, is a critical part of our success as a world-class professional services company.

The PumpnMech Ethics and Compliance Office develops and implements the Ethics and Compliance Program. The PumpnMech Board of Directors and its Governance, Ethics, and Compensation Committee monitor and receive quarterly reports related to program activities.
